(sorry for maybe bad english) I' ve got "ghosting". Dont have a better word. For example, if i hold a torch in third person and rotate the camera around the character, the position of the torch changes with rotation, but at the place where the torch was, is still some kind of "shadow" of the torch but no dark shadow. In star trek i would say it looks like an energy field or a cloaking device. Same ghosting i have around my player character.
Yes, No Tint and Saturation installed, Bfloatrender thingy and bdefferedshadow to 0 in prefs.ini.
Besides this problem, the look is ok, keeps up the gritty harsh look of skyrim but in a beauty way. I tested with the higher preset. The drop of framerate is small (around 5 fps drop down to 55 from 60) but this mod is no alternative for my favourite ENB, wich gives me only a drop of about 10 fps but looks way better (Rudy ENB).
Anyway, for people who can not handle ENB#s, this might be an alternative to imaginator and/or sweetfx. A matter of taste i should say.
But if the problem with the "ghosting" is not on my side alone, you should do something about it.
"The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Reshade-v0.14.0 D3D9.dll compatibility:Good
Depth buffer flickering when looking at objects."
This is caused by Skyrim's engine and cannot be fixed, rendering SSAO and other features of Reshade, that utilize depth incorrectly. This was also my first experience using the shaders.
My PC is not good enough to run this kinda stuff, but I would very much endorse it if I did. The screens look very good and the first line of the description.. Such majestic.
I've tested Reshade enough in one day, to know that sticking with the basics of ENB + imaginator/Sweetfx/GEM is one's best option. Advanced Motion Blur is it's best feature but requires 3/4 of my framerate. Ambient Lighting is also gpu intensive but looks incredible, not worth giving up ENBoost however. Stability > shiny in my opinion. I'd try out this preset but I've already weighed the pros and cons
Hm, you use SSME? I think that should make the game stable enough. But it's also possible that enboost does something else too. Heh, hard to decide sometimes.
Yeah, without the memory management of ENBoost, Skyrim tries to use almost 6 out of my 8 gigs of RAM, on top of the 1500mb of VRAM already dedicated to Skyrim without HD textures.
This looks like something I could use, but I want to ask if this is compatible with mods such as RLO, and Imaginator, or if I should uninstall them before I use this.
Uuuuum, well i can't really make any videos, if someone would, i would aprishiate it. But i will make some comparasion shots, just for the sake of akatosh.
Im too lazy to change my ini settings and erase my ENB just to test this myself, so i will track and wait for a video to see it in moved pictures and a nice comparison. Hodilton? Where are you?
