About this mod

Removes conditions required to forge and temper items.

Requirements
Permissions and credits
This mod is a SkyProc patcher.

It removes all the conditions to craft or temper any items in the vanilla game or any active mods; however, the basic ingredients to do so are still needed.

You should be able to exclude any mods you wish such as vanilla and any DLCs by adding their names to the file "BlockList.txt" found in "Skyrim/Data/SkyProc Patchers/I do what I want/Files/BlockList.txt"

The folder and file are created after you run the patcher at least once.

To Install:
NMM: I hope it just works (it does). Let me know if it doesn't. This is the first time I've uploaded to the Nexus
Manual: unzip and drop the "SkyProc Patchers" folder into your Skyrim's "Data" folder.

To Use:
You will need an up-to-date Java SE Runtime

Run "I do what I want.jar" located in "Skyrim/Data/SkyProc Patchers/I do what I want/I do what I want.jar".
MO users should check out the link under install instructions.

Bugs/Things to do:
Stalhrim crafting category doesn't show up after running the patch
I could rewrite the whole thing as an xEdit script or you could get AddItem Menu (Le) / AddItem Menu (Se).

I'm told SUM is broken, and I should avoid it. I doubt SUM compatibility is coming anytime soon.

Some constructable objects insist on throwing stack overflow errors. From DienesToo, the current developer of SkyProc, "Mods made before the creation kit was released often have very badly mangled records so that might be the source of your exceptions." My temporary/permanent fix is to simply omit those records from the patch. -- Edit: (6/21/21) The problem may be related to the patch running boss and 'changing' load order for the patch without changing the actual load order of the game even if the patch is told not to run boss.. See this article. The fix remains the same for me, but pushes the responsibility onto you to correctly setup rules for boss. The problem is a bug in SkyProc which has been abandoned for some time now.
