You peeked my interest so thought I would check this out. Just a few notes first off, pretty nice for a first try. i doubt I could eve do something like this. Though i wish I could. The door to the right when you first enter the player home, doesn't open (but you can walk through it). Its obvious you borrowed alot from the Blue Palace for this, even the MAP and my autosave thinks im in solitude (might want to fix this if possible). I fell through the floor in the room at the far upper left of the building on the 2nd floor. The summon spells were really cool (like summon dragon and were-wolf). But i didn't test these to see if they worked. I would love to see this continued into a viable player home myself. I'm not one for cheats, But good job on what you did so far. And I didn't find any armor in your mod either. I'd probably find a better place for all the display cases in the throne room. Maybe reposition them through out the 2nd floor. Also add some images for us , and perhaps do a better description, indicating just what this mod offers in better detail.
