"A Bit of Tint" works well for me. Still a bit less saturation than the Anniversary Edition. But at least it doesn't look like a Hellraiser movie. Fires, goat horns and orange paper seem a bit too red and glowing in daytime when flames should be barely visible, but it's a good compromise.

Any news on possible solution to Dragonborn DLC? Tried various other mods (Purity, Solstheim Climate Overhaul- unfortunately, I don't get the same effect like this mod.
There is one script in TESEDIT that apparently makes similar effect but can't get it to work.

Edit: I deleted the ini file so skyrim created a default one and the problem was solved
