   this is pretty cool but it makes Talos' blessing and amulet useless. (I don't complait about it) but it would be coolest to get a mod that change Talos's blessing for "by example" shouts become more powerfull 20 %or the shouts are 20% less effective on the player under Talos' blessing effect or wearing his amulet. This is just a suggeestion...

   Hello, don't get me wrong but.... player.forceav “ShoutRecoveryMult 0” there is no need for another esp for something the console already does

      Console invalidates achievements, so the mod is helpful if you want to still receive those.

      actually it doesn't I tested it with the gold achievement and I got it by adding the gold using the Console

      same, but some people are hesitant to use the console and this just makes it easier.
