It's a little too fast. I toned it down to 2 times instead of 8 and it's twice as fast as normal which is good enough for me. Thanks for the bat file.
Edit - Ah, something screws with this each time I use it. Had to go back to an old save and not use this script. It only works right if you manually set it each time you play. Oh well, maybe when the CK comes out this can be controlled better with the script extender. Thanks anyways.
@CrazyAce, since this is a bat file it will only affect you're character. Whether or not you can also add the effect to, say, your companions while targeting them with the console I cannot say. It really is a shame that increased swing speed is only in the dual wield perk branch.
What about the AI, do they also swing faster? Its a shame by default that leveling up your one handed and/or two handed perk doesn't also increase the swing speed.
