Uruks don't really have beards so I suggest you to remove them from the race data. On the other hand good work, may I also suggest in creating Uruk raids? Like Uruks randomly spawning and attacking a bandit camp or village? On some cases create a package so whenever they attack a Unique NPC they don't give any damage just to prevent quest breaking.
Are you saying that cause you have an awesome beard? Just kidding, I think I'll keep the beards and if someone wants to play with none, then just select none. Thanks XD
