Thank you for your effort. I tried to make leather, but it somehow ended up shiny. I have no idea why. If you find a solution, I would really appreciate it if you could tell me how (maybe it has something to do with the compression of the dds)

I'm afraid I agree...the hilt guard and pommel Are facing the wrong way! the hilt guard extensions should face toward the blade. Its used to "catch" the opponents blade, keep his blade from doing damage to your hands, And some times used to snap your opponents blade. The Pommel (if you have "extensions") should face away from your hands as to not injure you while swinging the blade (you swing a two handed sword like a baseball bat!) a "spiked" pommel also serves as a "weapon" when bashing or block. Great for bring it down on your opponents head ! Opens his helmet like a can-opener!. Like to see a bit less weight and more damage...its OK... IF its upgrade able at the forge and enchant-able!
It IS a beautiful piece of work, certainly worthy of any Dragonborn! Great job!

Thanks for your comment. Unfortunately I didn't realised the wrong direction of the hilt guard and pommel until I uploaded it. About the weight and damage, I wanted it to make a lore-friendly weapon. But I can boost it up a little bit, if you want. I'll make the changes eventually when I find some time.

I could do one, but not a better one than aMidianBorn Book of Silence. It's just out of my abilities right now. Maybe one day
