      I think it's one of the TERA armors. Just search TERA armor and check the one with highest endorsements.

   It has a nice effect but with all due respect, the gamma and/or brightness is too much, causing washout. I could imagine eventually a headache playing with such brightness. I'll be following this waiting for your tweaks............Don't give up.

   It looks nice but as always with most of new ENB presets in the Nexus, there is not enough screenshots ( interiors, forest, snow, climatical, etc...).
