does it possible to use the v0.279 d3d9 from boris to activate the enbhost and this one in proxy library in enblocal (like d3d9_sweetfx.dll) ? I use complete ReShade and the mix doesn't work, but I use exactly gem and sweet like this one.

It can be tied in with ReShade but I can't imagine why you would since ENB has all kinds of performance enhancements as well as parameters specific to the game (night day exterior interior etc.)
ENB is not really performance friendly for everyone. People with older video cards, such as myself with my GTX 760 can no longer run the latest ENB binaries without issue, so looking at alternatives, especially something that is even less performance heavy like sweetfx, can be a desirable option.
Must be something else you installed,run tes5edit to check if it some sort of ESP that crashes you ,sweetfx is external and dosnt modify any game files so it most likely not to crash your game.and btw its not the modder fault if iti ruins your game
SkyrimFX replaces d3d9.dll from skyrim directory. If you previously installed Hialgo, you should restore d3d9.dll from Hialgo. It happened to me cause i use HiAlgo.
How do I turn off the dirt lens effect? I'd like a clear camera. Thanks for this mod tho I have had trouble with ENB in the past so this is a godsend. lol

I think that this tool reverses the effects of performance of HiAlgo.
Disable The Border in The Config Tool under the SweetFx tab
