Yeah everything installed correctly (afaik), it shows up in the load order, activates, everything is in there, it just doesn't show up in game even if I call it with the console. I'm probably just doing something dumb but I can't for the life of me figure out what it is.
edit: I uninstalled all mods and reinstalled them, it now works. Not sure what the issue was but oh well. good stuff
This armor is so amazingly beautiful, I am very particular about the armor I use for my Arch-Mage and this has quickly become my favored set! I love the bright blue on it and all the designs, thank you for making this.

No. I listed the Dragonborn DLC as a requirement in the "Requirements tab" just for fun.

P.S.: Where did you found those goggles? Which mod is it?
You'd have to replace f_robes_0.nif and f_robes_1.nif, then open then in Nifskope and do this for both files:
