Mod suspended due to Real life and time constraints. Will make visible, but know that all scripted effects were built for old Skyrim. Not tested or possibly even workable in 1.6. Feel free to do what you will with this.
Can you make an effect for Wirilwind Sprint like enemy on the way you move will get knock down for few feet ? like combine W.Sprint with FUS RO DAH ( less power than true FUS RO DAH ) .
There seems to be a problem.Time Stop wont.... well.. Stop.It pretty much traps me in No-time land. I can't activate anything either. So I can't leave say, a building. Neither can I Wait.Is this normal? Then how do I deactivate it? Is it just a really long time active? How long? Also, you probably know this... but the stage 2 is insainly buggy. Every one and every thing starts jumping around and when its over lots of things are stretched and thrown through walls.

same problem here, downloaded improvedYol since i don't like game breaking mechanics and can't see any difference. i decided to test it on a guard, since they don't have any fire resistance.
i used the getav health command to know how much damage i dealt.
my Firebreath (all 3 words) dealt 103 damage.
Edit: the first word "yol" deals more than that, so it really just applies to the first word
