Very impressive! I love that the house fits the location, that you actually have a food storage room in the basement, and that it's lore friendly all the way around (no 'auto-sorters' or other over the top items). The only thing I'd really change is to add more bookshelves and possibly add a few displays for some of that hard earned loot. Adding a stable would be a nice touch for those of us who have horses, but honestly, the house is awesome as is. I've been wandering and looking for a spot that is tempting enough for me to dig into the CK, and being mostly unsatisfied with the modded houses available. Yours is one of the few that I didn't ditch shortly after installing. I hope I can do half as well with my first attempt. Kudos!

EDIT: I found out how to add a Tanning Rack using the console. The more I use your house, the more I like it. Nice work!

I like the location, appearance, and layout of your house very much. However, I can't find a Tanning Rack anywhere. I really need that to upgrade my character's armor.

This house has many appealing (immersive?) features without being overdone. It is very "believable" otherwise known as "immersive." I hope you can find time to improve it.

This mod has a lot of potential to be a popular house mod. I've got a few notes here about some of the good and the bad. Really looking forward to future updates on this one.

    Pro:
    - Cozy, compact design. I think you really nailed it on this aspect.
    - All the usual crafting stations.
    - Good decorations with few exceptions. Almost empty enchanting room?

    Con:
    - VERY bright. It's nice to actually be able to see for a change, but very, VERY bright.
    - No fast-travel icon on the map.

Features that would be nice to have:
    - Dynamic storage (on your to-do list). Absolute must for convenience's sake. If you need a good example, Riverside Lodge (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/14308/?) has excellent storage solutions.
    - Dedicated trophy mounts. E.g. masks, unique items (Dawnbreaker, Angi's Bow, etc.), quest items (paragons, claws, etc.). Although these are usually only in the larger house mods, so I wouldn't be too concerned with this one unless you had a 3rd floor or bigger basement.
    - Bath auto-removing clothing and letting followers get in as they seem to be clueless about it. Small but nice touches.

Again, I really like this home, and once it gets another update or two, I might end up using it as my main home.

if it had a fast travel icon...it would clip with half moon mills icon...they are right next to each other...just use the half moon's fast travel point

If you ever feel like it, I think this place would be awesome if you turn it into a inn.

How do I get access to the house? Do I need to buy it or find a key?

I was looking at this and testing for the contest. I'd like to say that for a first-timer, you have a LOT of potential. You've got a nice eye for design, some good cluttering, and didn't really forget any of the basic features. I'd totally live in your home.

However, something a lot of first-time level designers forget or don't realize is that you can turn off Snap to Grid. It's in the upper left corner of the toolbar. You can also turn off Snap to Angle. When cluttering, you should try to make sure most clutter isn't at a perfect angle. Not all of it, but where it makes sense. If you look inside your home or a restaurant or anybody's place, I can safely assume that it's not perfect with everything at right angles and such. To give your place a more natural look, try to imagine how certain things might be positioned, and angle them and move them to reflect that. When cluttering, turn off the grid.

You've got a lot of potential. I'm looking forward to seeing what you create next.

Thanks for advice and good words. I did less than was planed for this home, didn't have time, but wanted to participate in contest (not for winning but for myself). But I will improve and try to reach perfection in future updates and also I have new project in mind, but have much to learn before I start it.

Well, I'm sure there would be plenty of projects you could join if you're interested. Start your own, or just work on smaller mods. Whichever you prefer.

I highly recommend doing a lot of practice, trying a lot of new things, and expanding your skills to all types of level design or even other aspects of modding if you want. Whatever you're interested in.

Downloaded, no problems, liked, endorsed. Really nicely balance between too small and too large. Truly like the hot tub. Uploading 2 reduced size screenshots.
