This mod needs heavy fixing. The majority of the mod is wild edits with 10 ITM's and 7 UDR's not to mention the other 10 or so records that shouldn't even exist in the mod in the first place.
I'm like 3 years late but that is not how you tell if a mod is dirty or not. LOOT only knows what it's users tell it through the masterlists. If you actually tried to clean it in TE5Edit you'd see it has 10 ITM's and 7 UDR's
@justmeagain: yes, sure, there are other mods but look at their date and the complaints!!! For people who just want a nice and easy carriage in winterhold this mod is the best thing to happen.
the carriage looks good BUT there are many other mods that provide carriages at all locations from villages up to towns and even all the homes ... so do you plan to make those as well? or is this just a proof of concept for you?

I checked it with LOOT and I haven't gotten any warnings or errors.
(BTW this works beautifully with the standalone version of Winterhold Rebuild, in case anyone was wondering.)
Just the Winterhold carriage.
I don't plan to add any more to this.
It's meant to just be the missing brother to the Hold Capital carriage's.
