My only complaint is that it's nowhere near Riften, as claimed in the description, and doesn't have it's own map marker. It's just far enough away from Ivarstead that lacking a map marker makes it mildly inconvenient.
Very nicely done for a first mod momomo544! Small and compact, I like the clever use of space and the feeling of this being a lived-in home (pillows, books and such scattered about). I also appreciate the minimal wall decorations and clutter as I use Jaxonz Positioner and Renamer. I have had a blast tweaking and decorating this wonderful little home to my particular tastes. The one main thing I did change is, I removed the crates outside the crafting room and put in an enchanting table. (A must for me as I'm a bit of an obsessive compulsive enchanter!) The other addition I made was to add small, named, storage chests for potions, poisons and food stuffs under the alchemy/kitchen counter. Of course, all done in-game so my "Summer Rains" is unique to my character.

Nice job on your first mod! I like how you managed to fit the Solitude fireplace in the ship.
Just a reminder to make sure that weapon plaque is far enough away from the wall. If it's too close you'll be able to place your weapons but you'll have trouble picking back up certain weapons. I had a lot of trouble with this for my submission. Good luck to both of us on the competition!
