Hello, I saw that the "Scoped Bows" received some big updates, and I should update this mod accordingly, but for now I have no time to make the updates! Though, all sources I used are available on the mod itself, no big deal! Anyone with some modding knowledge can carry the torch!
Do you have "Scoped Bows" installed as well? I noticed they updated to a new version, if they renamed and/or replaced some textures, I'll have to verify one by one! It may take a while! Thanks!
Though, a few are missing scope textures. From a glance in nifscope, looks like the tera scoped bows are trying to pull textures from files that no longer exist (or have been renamed) in one of the updates of Scoped Bows mod. (ie. a few bows are trying to pull weapons\scoped bows\iron\ironlongsword.dds but there is no such file in the other mod)
Not so soon, as far as I could see, TESV:SE raised the game requirements, and my PC couldn't handle it yet. It will cost me an upgrade before I can take a look on Special Edition!
i heard that I had to finally change my card profile for once, pushed up the fps and other stuff to get 60 fps locked and stuff. Hope to see you in there thanks also for you bada$$ tera stuff enjoying them much.
It took me a couple days to figure out what was causing my CTD's, turns out it was this bow, specifically "Bow05_A.nif" as far as I can tell. The odd thing is that the crashes didn't start right away. I made the bow, tested it in Haven Bag, put it in my favorites and got through one lengthy fight outdoors using only this bow before equipping or mousing over it in my inventory started causing immediate CTD's. Once the crashes started the only way to make them stop was to console-delete the bow from my inventory.
I hope you figure out what's wrong because I think this is the best looking bow in the pack. Also thanks for your hard work, this is a great mod!
Hello guys! Sorry about the slow support, but I'm here! I could replicate the NorSteel CTD bug, and I reconstructed the mesh. At least here, the problem is solved, and the fix is in the new 1.2 version. (I re-uploaded the whole package, 11mb won't hurt) Just overwrite the files!
Hello again, sorry about the late answer. I verified the meshes and textures, and verified their paths, and all is pointing right. Ingame, the textures are working fine as well.
Is it the textures of the Bows that are missing, or is it only of the scope? If it is the Bow, something went wrong on your "Tera Weapons" mod installation, and if the Scope's textures is missing, something must be wrong with your "Scoped Bows" mod installation. The textures all come from there!
As far as I could test, you'll need at least Hearthfire, as Glass is a material needed for some of the recipes. Glass (xx005A69) Weight:1- Price: 5 - Available from general goods merchants or Khajiit traders.
