Looks good so far. There are a serious lack of player fisheries in Skyrim (the only two I currently own are the Hearthfire Windstad Manor and the Windstad Mine mod). It's great to see you have included one.
Yep! My thoughts as well!! Thanks for checking it out. I am still working on it a bit here and there. Wish i had the time to devote to it more so it could be really awesome like Elysium Estate and for me to learn scripting but meh. Maybe someone would take this and run with it lol.

Id love to see secret rooms. like open a wardrobe and have a room to store all your mannequins and such. a storage room. same with a crafting/alch/etc room
i love the rustic look. so i hope you stick with that theme. also. please make the inside bigger then the outside. make it feel large. if that makes since
Providing feedback for you since you were looking for some
- You can't COC newhouse01 because there is no interior cell. It is really easy to find from the Mill, so it was a good call to add those directions as well - You have a floating 'island' near the water, I believe it has purple/pink bush type of plant on it. - The birch tree cluster ( on the way to the farm area ) is floating by about 5.0000-ish. ( I remember there were some other things floating as well but can't remember the locations of them, sorry ) - If you hang out by the wheat and look to where the animals are, every min you will see the chicken and 2 goats spawn in the air ( about 10ish feet in the air above ground ) and fall down. I believe this is because you haven't gotten around to editing the navmesh yet.
I can't figure out why, cause I didn't see anything in the Creation kit either, but on the left side of the table...at the end of the dock area, there is an invisible collision of some sort. I mean you can get to the hatchery...with a little work lol.
I will have to double check the planting plots and the hatchery, but they didn't seem to work...so think of this as a note to myself.
This isn't a fix, since it works...but it seems a bit narrow for the entrance to the farm ( on the horse stable side of the house ). I can walk through just fine, but it does seem a bit narrow.
I really like the design of everything, so I encourage you to keep going with this
thanks for the feedback!! This is an extremely rough draft so I know there's a few things that are kind of awkward. I'll have to take a look at the hatchery. But I know the hatchery in the soil don't work at the moment since I have it put in a utility cell.I agree with you as far as the entrance to the backyard being a little bit narrow. What I really like about this is that I took a few different models To make it like this and it worked well
