No reason, since merging mods is quite easy by now, adding new items (like books, if you are so inclined, have others story's, please go on, it is quite another way for one to express idea & interests.
As to image, a screen of the book ingame would do it, take a screenshot/capture screen then cut the interesting part, putting one image will allow that one to be used over category view (and then, bring some more interests).
Also, if character based, some contextual pictures of the related character would be nice to, but, that is for "advanced" finetuning (as it is of providing a save file of that character in case).
To be seen, as to modding, if time & interest, they are by now plenty of tutorial, tools & options allowing for quite some creation. (Then, with OpenMW close, will be seen soon enough).
So this is a story about your necromancer? Is that it? Eh i'll give it a read. Btw, i'm a small time author, so expect some criticism. ... Unless it's just like a journal or something. Wait. Where do you even find it? Or is it added automaticly?
