README: This mod is packaged with an incorrect file structure, and will not work without manual intervention. The fix is very easy:
1.) After installing manually or with your mod manager of choice, navigate into "Skyrim\data\textures\actors" 2.) Locate the folder named 'Characters', and rename it to: 'character' 3.) Chose "YES" if prompted to merge folders and overwrite existing files
I think the reason it doesn't work is because its not compatible with any mod you might have for the argonian if you want a dark skinned argonian try the color extender on the nexas.http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/6923
Hey! You seem to work well with Argonians, would you mind trying to add new Argonian followers? There is way to few of them. Anways I love the color! It goes great with JazzJR retexture.
Make this also compatible with Better Beast Scales plz. If it isn't already

Re-Edit: I figured out why it wasn't working correctly with JazzJr Retexture because for some reason Unique Everything seemed to be conflicting with this
