RUSTIC DINNERWARE continues my recent clutter improvement mods. It's a natural extension of RUSTIC SILVERWARE and RUSTIC POTTERY. While those mods were concerned with the more ornate clutter items, this mod retextures the everyday items found in inns and taverns.

Update: Sorry, but the original upload was missing a folder, so the SMIM tankard texture wouldn't work in game. I fixed this with the 1.01 update.
Update 1/31/15: Added a version with 2K diffuse (color) textures, and 1K normals and emittance textures. For people who want the extra detail in the color texture, but want to save VRAM.
Thanks to all the people who endorsed this mod. I never imagined it would land on Hot Files so quickly. It seems the small things are still important to a lot of people. That's gratifying to know.
Update 2/1/15: Per request, I added a non-SMIM version for people who don't use the Static Mesh Improvement Mod, but still want to use the other textures. You'll get the tankard that's part of the dining set texture instead.
UPDATE 2/5/15: I added a texture patch for Hoamaii's Wine and Beer in Tankards mod. This is just the textures for the tankards and beer "top", so you'll need to go to the mod page to get the meshes for it to work in game.
UPDATE 2/6/15: I revised the textures for Hoamaii's Beer in Tankards meshes. The animated version wasn't correct before. Bot the static and animated version should work properly now.
Is there a retexture of the bloody tankards in the Dawnguard DLC? This is my favorite texture mod for for dinnerware and I like them matching but but the bloody tankards still look low res vanilla.
Well, it is a 2K texture (I just checked), so it's the same size as the SMIM tankard textures I made. Therefore, it's not really low-res. Now, that doesn't mean it's as detailed as my texture, which is another matter. I could work on a patch for the DLC, since I should've done that originally. I just overlooked it.
I must've accidentally delete t he smim one or something because it looks awful my PC lol. Your textures have an awesoem unique design to them that looks amazing so it would be great to have these textures the bloody tankards :D
Maybe someone could help me out here. I've got this mod installed through MO and my tankards look fantastic, but it doesn't seem to be affecting anything else. I put this clear at the bottom of my load order (literally the last thing on it) so nothing else could override it, and am still only seeing the tankards affected.
Any ideas on what could be happening here? I tried downloading again to see if it was some corrupted files, but the result is still the same.
Edit: Okay, not sure what the problem was, maybe MO was tapping out on me. I consolidated my texture override files so instead of several folders each with overrides, I now only have 1 folder and my plates, etc, are all nice and pretty now.
If you are still working on things like this, how about touching up the gems like rubies and diamonds. It'd be nice to have them be more shiny and possibly new shapes.
Saerileth was working on just such a thing, but she only got about halfway through before real life forced her to stop. I was doing the textures for her new meshes. Hopefully, she''ll get back to it at some point.
The beer patch doesn't seem to be working - it simply doesn't show up in the game...not sure what went wrong (?) Is it known to conflict with anything else?
I didn't even know about Hoamaii's beer and wine in tankards mod. The beer looks great and unbelievable tasty in those tankards. You plan that for wine too ? Would be awesome.
Just realized that Hoamaii's mod effects just the tankards (animated and/or clutter) at moment, not the silverware wine cups, so it's an either...or option between beer or wine filling for tankards. The beer foam looks more interesting as the wine option at moment, so no need for the wine stuff until Hoamaii releases another version just for the silverware wine cups filled with wine.
Yeah, that's in my plans, guys - I am just so overwhelmed with work at the moment, I can't even find the time to prepare the Nexus description in order to upload my next mod. It'll come though, I've been planning to add wine and beer in cups and goblets - as well as soup in bowls.
The wine seems better suited to the goblets in my view. Beer for tankards, and goblets for wine. Then, you'd be able to have both beverages in the game at the same time. That would be even more immersive.
