Known Incompatibilities: The Joy of Perspective . This mod, changes the camera position to the feet of the werewolf if you loose controls, but nothing dangerous.
Developement Infos: Working on "MT Essentials Overhauled" http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/71017/?
This file and MT Overhaul are now completely obsolete, as MTEO adds all missing features into MTEssentials, link: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/71017/?
theres a form/option to desabilite the part ring of hircine on this mod? because i use a mod than amplifies him, and MT don't let me put the ring (because the system of rune, lunar... of this mod)
When in the werewolf form character lose control suddenly the werewolf texture and meshes change to vanilla werewolf, the character automatically runs around and its funny because he just running to dead ends he have no idea were he trying to go. problem two: The mod support for companions has gone i mean aela has the vanilla skin.
The AI of this file's lose control feature is pretty stupid better use my expansion for MTEssentials. I'm currently porting any missing features for the overall version to my new expansion, so MT's Overhaul version will be obsolete in the close future.
Because its easier to add features to Essentials than to the Overhaul btw, I've already ported nearly all missing features to Essentials so you wont miss much.

I'm just wondering if there is a way for infected followers to lose control of themselves during a full moon.
I've tried the fun bit where the player becomes AI controlled, but now I'm feeling of being a powerless character who is only taking care of a rampaging werewolf. It's a pretty fun idea, but the companion werewolf seems pretty tame at the moment, transforming only when necessary and reverting back.
Additionally, I haven't tried it myself, but can the follower AI consume dead bodies to level up? I'm using Familiar Faces mod, and I hope that my follower could level up their werewolf perks without me.
Thanks for the mod btw, I really appreciate it!
A follower without control wont make much sense as AI would do exactly the same things (attacking everything on sight). Skyrim doesn't allow for adding Perks to NPC's on runtime, so there is no way to achieve this (Fallout 4 allows this so TES6 should allow it, too). I recommend using MTEO rather than this file as it's a bit more elegant.
Hey thanks for that! I found a way for the follower to be attacked when transformed by using Amazing Follower Tweaks and deactivating the "Ignore During Beast" option. This would make the follower attack everyone on sight except for the player.
I'm going to check out the Moonlight Tales Essentials Overhauled, I'm just looking for the uncontrollable transformation for the follower during the moon phases now. It should spice things up.
Sorry to bother, but have you heard of a bug where the follower immediately reverts back to human immediately after a transformation? It's happening to me atm :S

I am having a problem with werewolf transformation since installing this mod glitched semi tranformation visible armor parts and weapons and i can't move anywhere even tried to base fur/body option in MCM meny but no good, any idea what went wrong? or how to fix this i'd really appreciate it for now going with serana not as fun as werewolf lol
I have the same issue and the only other mod I have that also uses a werewolf script besides moonlight tales is the Unofficial Skyrim Patches, Could be some kind of conflict there? when I disable the playerwerewolfscriptpex thing in mod organizer by hiding it, I transform normally again. I have this mod placed lower than the unofficial patches obviously so it would override.
I've reset v1.1 back as main file, as I'm still unable to reproduce the bug, and there are no new features in v1.2. I don't think I will fix v1.2 as I have better plans, I'm currently working on MT Essentials and porting over all features of this file and many from MT Overall to MT Essentials.
I finally found out that some modmanagers like NMM sometimes leave scripts in your datafolder that can cause these errors, as v1.2 is no longer overwriting them.
I love the idea of this mod. I believe that being able to turn yourself into a big mean killing machine should always have its drawback...for nothing comes free. Using the perks system, especially the one from Werewolf Perks Expanded makes your werewolf stronger every new perk point you add and this is great yes...but this mod also lets that power be a curse...for the same way you can become stronger and kill enemies faster now you can also loose control and kill faster the people you didn't mean to. This makes the blood moon be a dangerous time for your character and makes you really feel the need to run as fast and as far as you can when you start feeling the beast within calling out and trying to take over. I have only one problem, I cant seem to make it work even though I put it on 100% loss of control it never losses control right after I transform. I always have to get into the mod menu and mess around with the setting on the loss of control panel so it will trigger a new transformation, this time with control loss, but it lasts very little time. I'm sorry but I also didn't really understand the feedscore explanation so it might be something I'm not configuring right? What should I put on if I want the loss of control to last all night? And or maybe it has to do with me being a werebear? Maybe it was some installation issues? Couldn't find and installation on the description or anywhere, I'm using Nexus Mod Manager. If I could suggest, please add a video so the more nooby types like me can understand better how it works. I'm not complaining btw. They are just questions, I love the idea of your mod and would love to be able to get it to work 100%. But anyways If I don't get an answer I would still like to thank you for the great mod, I probably don't need to tell you this but it is a great idea.
In this file the LC Duration is pretty much hard coded and only depends on the feedscore it increases if you frequently feed on humans. There is a random safety time after transformation before you lose control, and a cool down time this is completely hard coded due to the way the MT Overall works, you may want to look up this mod http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/71017/? as cleaner code of MTE allows for much more configuration.
Any chance to use werewolf howls in human form? I would be satisfied if a mod gave me beast points to use these howls, and in order to get more points i would have to fed in werewolf form. What would be cool too is a sistem were a werewolf in human form could eat human hearts a gain a temporary buff, like the namira's ring, or just get a effect of a minor health and stamina potion, and when werewolf form you would get the xp for those hearts, because transforming every single time gets annoying. I know its not easy to implement, but would be a huge improvement to me.
Awesome mod. Just one thing, I have a crappy computer with no chances of upgrading in the nearby future, so I have installed the Werewolf Werebear Essentials. Now, does this enhancement work with that mod as well or is it "exclusive" to the original mod?
