TESVEdit cleaned, and fixed a couple glitches. Removed candle from bedroom table too, and added an amulet for the new Thane.

Sorry for the delay - Fixed factions, vendors, navmeshes. Found that bothersome water-glitch, too. A new area added- underneath the clocktower, with a new dungeon to come in 2.0
