How To Train Your Dragon 2 Hiccup's Armor
Release: V1.0
Model & Textures: Firehawk7171
Nif & Bodyslide: JRCosta

Description:

This is Hiccup's armor from HTTYD2. Cleaned with TES5Edit but no issues found.

Requirements:

None

Installation:

Extract the contents of the data folder into your Skyrim directory folder. It should look something like this:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Skyrim

Activate the HiccupArmor.esp

Unintallation:

Go to the meshes folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Skyrim\Data\meshes\armor) and delete the folder \httyd2hiccupsarmor

then,

Go to the meshes folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Skyrim\Data\textures\armor) and delete the folder \httyd2hiccupsarmor

finally,

Go to the data folder: (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Skyrim\Data) and delete the HiccupArmor.esp

Known Issues & Troubleshooting:

1. The front right sleeve is a bit brighter than everything else, not sure why, all the data in nifscope is consistent with the of nif objects.
Troubleshoot: Unknown.

3. Textures fail to load.
Troubleshoot 1: Upon first time installation and the textures fail to load, unequip the armor and exit the menu, then re-equip the armor. This should solve that issue.
Troubleshoot 2: If textures fail to load and first method doesn't solve it for you, enter the command console and type "showracemenu", if you feel the need to edit your character anyway go for it, but once you exit the menu the textures should show. I found this solution when I was having issues with the HTTYD2 Astrid Armor and works everytime (for me).

Recommended Mods:
