   in the original mod the skill tree has all those, from the pictures I didn't check the mod

      The pictures are from an earlier build of the mod. The current version has elven to the left and steel to the right and end there.

      one, fists of steel not really missing.two, fists of steel is a 2h perk not a 1h.also the author abandoned the original mod, and was picked up by someone else(presumably with his/her permission).it's now Syynxs Perky Reborn. http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/36542/?probably would have been nice for the original author to have updated the main page to reflect this.
