Vanilla walking and sneaking speed. (Changes from previous version: Increased attacking movement speed from -25% to -15%.)

Combines this mod with some settings from Realistic Humanoid Movement Speed mod, which makes NPC's walk faster and sneak a bit slower. Using this version you still get the slower backwards, sideways and combat movement!
