As for the script: You can overwrite when prompted. It's a modder's resource from the awesome Bert (link in credits section); Ld uses it in all his new homes (of which I've used several and liked!), and it always overwrites.

The perfecrt barracks for your followers! Exactly how I would've set one up if I could mod. No glitchy flashy crap to cause CTD's, just a stable place to bunk them all that looks great and functions. Love the open plan without all the doors too. Thank You!!!!
It is easy to port for personal use. (Works just fine in SE/AE) I requested permission to port this to SE a while back and have not received a reply. And no, I will not send my conversion to anyone without the authors permission.
I don't think anyone's gonna answer this but are there any scripting stuff in this mod that could break when removing things? I haven't seen the place ingame yet but if it's too big i'm considering goind into ck an create more cells to accomodate the tinier places around the big one in their own little cells to preserve resources. Oftentimes scripts can break because of this hence why i ask.
Unfortunately the for sale sign is not appearing on the rock like he shows on the picture. I am assuming a script isn’t running right. It’s at the bottom of my load order and it even overwrote another playerhome’s for sale sign. Any ideas? Thanks.
This house mod is awesome, Love that there is no NPC, only the dogs, but i really like dogs. But i got a few Ideas, Maybe upgrade the pool? A bit more wide and deeper, and add a scrip that removes Follower armors and clothing, change the stairs of the pool a little and add two more chairs inside the pool. Here is my reason: i am using the vanilla walking animation, most of the time my followers have a hard time going up the stairs, like at the end they get stuck and end up transporting to where they were going, they rarely go inside the pool, and when they seldom do, they stand there with their clothing on, which looks strange.
Maybe give the Ladders a stronger look, the entrance to the quarters one?
Maybe add a few shelves with small resized Standing stones. Like the thief, the warrior, the mage, the lover, etc.
Maybe give jobs to your followers? There is this mod Called the Northern Cardinal in which if you take a follower in the ship you can give them jobs, like cook, armorer, etc.
But i love the design of the house, the fact that you added all the shrines, a little space for my dogs, man that is an awesome touch, the trophies, the head of a dragon, a working area, i still love the pool, i like the little room with containers, how you used the shields for decoration, the space for vampires is cool, a black hand room, The fact that there are no Npcs makes me love this more a lot more, the dogs are great.
Either way this house is the one i like the most, i had to decide between choosing the northern cardinal, shadowstar castle, Valdmire Castle, and this one. I like having my followers close. Awesome mod dude, Cheers.
Enough bedspace for an army of followers. Crafting is conveniently collected together for easy use. No NPCs added, which is nice. Exellent mod. Thanks!
interesting place, but do you know if it is compatible with a mod i got from steam or here called no more hay beds? because i see a ton of hay beds in your screenshots lol.

i dont think the scrips effect SKSE so i they should be able to be used in SE without reconstructing them
