This is my first mod, so be patient with errors and constructive with criticism.

The house is accessed through a trap door hidden under some plants across the river from the mill at Riverwood. The key can be found inside the large stump just West of the trap door. The outer zone has a bit of a cave with two ore nodes and some mushrooms and a finished room that has most of the crafting stations (no enchanting table or alchemy lab) and some of the accessors from the General Stores mod. The second zone is the living quarters with room for well over a dozen followers and plenty of crafting stations tables and beds to keep them all happy. Next to the bedroom is a bath that can apply a minor well rested bonus and serve as a source of river water for those playing with a needs mod like Realistic Needs and Diseases.

I'm not terribly happy with the lighting at the moment, but figure it's good enough to put up to get more feedback on other parts of the house and to share it with those who might enjoy it.

None of the art is my own, all of the wonderful textures and models are either vanilla resources or resources generously provided to the community by other modders. I may have missed a credit or two below, so please if you recognize someone else's work or your own do send me a message so I can update the credits to give credit where it's due.
