This read me will explain what to do, and what not do when installing this file.

First! Download this file manually
Secondly, open up the winrar file you download from the downloads tab.
thirdly, go into C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Skyrim\Data\music\special, and copy/paste the file in there to your desktop. This is incase you want to revert your skyrims main menu music to the original (or if you already had a mod, to the mod).
finnaly, drag and drop the "Data" folder into your skyrim directory. (Where Skyrim.exe is located) / Merge files. And your good!
