I just solved a problem that's been bugging me all day and i want to share it with anyone out there so that they don't have to go through the same trouble as me and that is...This mod conflicts with the mod "Order my Items"( http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/51733/? ), it's an amazing mod that let's you order materials from merchants for a fee and have them delivered to you via courier...I have Willi's mods for all the other shops but it seems that it's causing trouble only for Belethor's shop so watch out for that
Followers always enter via the back door, and are then locked behind the gate in Belethor's section of the shop. The mod is visually amazing but I had to uninstall for this reason.
I am so filthy rich. I went around collected high level soul gems and used muffle + some deft hands and fortify pickpocket stuff to steal tons of jewelry one night in Whiterun. Then I stole that damn necklace and enchanted loads of jewelry with it. Have about 25 necklaces, rings, and earrings worth 1200 + gold that I'm ready to sell with my new Merchant enchantment! Mwuahahahahahahahaha
So I have a problem with this amazing mod. While I have never had any issues with this before, for the first time I'm getting texture errors and CTD's to boot. I won't try to bother you with all the specifics of my load order and list of mods I use because there are about 200 and frankly, it's not my business to ask an author to look into my entire list to find my problem... But I will say this:
- I have used this mod with lighting overhauls like CoT and ELFX, with no issues ever; I do not believe this to be related to the problem. - I have, however, recently introduced Skyrim 2K textures to my game as well as Flora Overhaul. - I experienced no issues when using aMidianBorn textures or SMIM before, however, I was not using Complete Skyrim 2K Textures or Flora Overhaul before; now that I am, I have experienced these errors. - Yes, I have tried uninstalling the 2K Textures, as well as changing the load order of this mod, with no success.
! - The error itself consisted of specific items (Miniature Models, Downsized Wuuthrad, Guard Shields of the different holds [exception: whiterun shield] and the elk head mount near the fireplace) all having no textures (bright neon purplish color). When I would try to leave the store I would then get CTD.
! - Currently I can not even enter the store without CTD, this is after my attempt to uninstall and reinstall 2K Textures.
- I use some of your other mods, Arcadia's Mystical Cauldron and the Real Warmaidens, with absolutely no issues whatsoever, it is only Belethor's Overrated goods that causes these errors and they only occur within his shop. - I use a ridiculous list of mods, including Requiem, but they have played nicely with this mod and caused no errors or issues. - Skyrim 2K textures and Flora Overhaul are the only new mods I have added since my previous, problem-free visits to Belethor's shop.
! - After Uninstalling Belethor's Overrated Goods, I may enter the store with absolutely no issues... But I love your version of his shop so much!
If you may have any insight to what might be the real problem here, I would appreciate any advice you might have. As mentioned, my list of mods is so ridiculous that I don't expect anyone to go through the trouble of sorting out my problem, at this point, I know the risks of using the amount of mods that I use... I use all of them at my own risk. I just love this mod too much to let it go.

EDIT: Following a complete re-download of the mod, I may enter the store, but I still see the graphical errors: miniature models (Mammoth, Standing Stone, Horn of Jurgen Windcaller Display, Dwarven Sphere), elk head mount, ancient nord war ax and a few of the hold shields all have no textures... CTD on attempt to leave store. I was running 2K textures that time as well.
Belethors Empty Store - looks pretty, but he has nothing for sale and apparently I have nothing to sell him. Oh wait, I have tons of stuff in my inventory.
Belethor's store looks awesome - finally got a chance to take a look at it in-game. So far, I've been in and out four times and I haven't experienced any issues with him not buying from me or selling things.
ETA: Belethor is still working like he should and he's not doing any crazy running out from behind the counter business - gorgeous revamp!

1. Open the esp of the lighting overhaul of your choice.
2. Search for the cell "WhiterunBelethorsGeneralGoods"
3.Delete the cell and save!
Now you should be good to go!
