These currently aren't showing up in newer RaceMenu versions; for an explanation and a fix, check read this info from DanteIronclaw, and follow that link to give him some kudos:
If anyone else comes along later looking for the answer to this like I did...
After adjusting "nioverride.ini" (under SKSE\Plugins for either RaceMenu, or as I did, a copy added to the "Vanilla Warpaints as Facepaints for RaceMenu" mod [I use MO2]) so that "bEnableFaceOverlays=1", there should be a new menu "Face Paint" between "Foot Paint" & "Body Scales".
There are 3 rows listed (for me), with the left-hand column being what "texture" (warpaint) you wish to use, & the right-hand column being the color of the new warpaint, meaning that if you combine all 3 choices with a basic racial selection off the "Head" menu, you can mix & match up to 4 patterns & colors.
Hello mate! Just passing through to say thanks. I use EFF so i can change my followers warpaints with the tattos plugin EFF provides, unfotunately it only shows facepaints not the makeups nor the other warpaints, so your mod gave me more variety of facepaints for my followers so thanks again!!
This mod dose not seem to work. I have racemenu and i was hoping this would allow me to add the glow menu for face paints. But it dose not show up. Can someone help?
Edit: I just checked it, it does work, but the overlay section has been moved. It's under the main character creation menu now, not on its own tab like it was in the old version.
New Race Menu? :o
Sorry, blame Dienes. He convinced me to try Dark Souls so I havent been watching stuff. :p
I honestly think that it's been disabled in racemenu.
Quoting the racemenu changelog: "Fixed crashing when decapitating the player, or NPCs with overlays enabled, face overlays have now been disabled by default as a result"

in short, go into nioverride.ini, and change the value from 0 to 1 like below
bEnableFaceOverlays=1
