I simply converted all of the vanilla warpaints into facepaints for use with RaceMenu.
To clarify, Warpaints are on the left-hand side of the Overlays menu in Racemenu, while Facepaints are on the right-hand side. You have a few more options in regards to facepaints, such as making them glow, as you can see in the header image. I also converted a few interesting textures I found buried in Skyrim - Textures.bsa, including the Dremora face tattoo, and a few locational color textures (Want an argonian with glowing lips? Look no further.)
