EDIT: I gave it a try today and it's working great. It's compatible with JK's Whiterun and Dawn of Whiterun. I have found a couple spelling errors in the journal, but other than that, it's a cool mod. I'd add more NPCs there, more beggars, thieves and the like....make it an underground trading place.
