I have now added an esp which should add the effects of my mod to the Dragonbone weapons from Perma http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/59849/? However as I've never used Perma and have no plans to I haven't tested it in game. All I did was open up the Perkus Maximus master in the Creation Kit, and add my script and keyword to the 5 Dragonbone weapons I could find. So if it doesn't work let me know and I will do my best to fix it. One other note, unlike with the other files I haven't added the text with the quote and the message telling you about the 20 points of additional damage to dragons that you see when looking at the weapon in your inventory because some already had writing there and I feared adding more would make the text so small that it would be difficult to read. And I didn't add the text to the other dragonbone weapons which didn't already have text attached to them for the sake of uniformity. As always, feel free to suggest other mods with Dragonbone melee weapons or arrows that you would like add-ons for.
I have now added an esp adding the effects of my mod to the Dragonsteel melee weapons and arrows from Immersive Weapons http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/27644/? The same issue with the Dragonbone Arrows from my main mod applies to the Dragonsteel Arrows from this add-on as well. This add-on requires both my main mod and Immersive Weapons. As always, feel free to suggest other mods with Dragonbone melee weapons or arrows that you would like add-ons for.
I have now added an esp to add the effects of my mod to the Dragonbone weapons from Heavy Armory http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/21120/? This add-on requires both my original mod and Heavy Armory's Dawnguard add-on. Feel free to suggest other mods with Dragonbone weapons that you would like add-ons for.
Great mod idea. Finally I have a good reason use my badass dragonbone weapons when fighting a dragon instead of the Akaviri Dragonbane sword.
Is this mod compatible with the dragonbone spears, hatchets, mauls, halbreds, staffs etc. added by PrivateEye's Heavy Armory, or will we have to wait for some kind of upcoming patch?
No it does not effect weapons added by that or any other mod, only the ones listed. Though it would be fairly simple to make an add-on applying the effect I would imagine. I've never used that mod, so it had never occurred to me to do so. I'll look into applying it to that and other mods, but don't expect anything till after Christmas. Speaking of which, happy holidays.
Well, I like to believe it's true, and I like the idea of it. I wish there were more weapons specialized for specific types of enemies. It would give us a reason to use more than just whichever weapon we have that does the highest base damage. Anyway, happy holidays.
A fair question. A sane individual would probably be wary about believing everything they heard from random madmen roaming the outskirts of Passwall. Then again, sane barely applies to anyone who's spent enough time on the Isles to remember this.
@Zetman20: Any way to set the script to instead look for Keyword, such as material keywords for Dragonbone? This would make it more broadly compatible with mods that adjust/alter/create dragonbone weaponry.

" I think so actually, though how to do so is outside of my current limited level of scripting experience. I think I might know of at least one mod which does something similar for the silver effect against undead. I'll try looking at how they did it, though I can't make any guarantees. In any case it wouldn't be till after Christmas. Speaking of which, happy holidays, hope you have a good one.

Or is Jayred a bit nuts? (He has spent a while on the isles after all)
Maybe it only applies to the gatekeeper (like the way it's creator's tears hurt it)?
Anyway, happy holidays.
