For those who can't see the clothes, I tried this: open console, click on Ysolda and type: equipitem E40DF and then hit enter This will change the Fine Clothes she's wearing to the Party Clothes so now the downloaded dress should appear.
I couldn't get the clothes to work either. It created a set for me but Ysolda is wearing the same stuff. I tried the resurrect command and leave the city (went to Solitude and back). She looks great though even in that dress. I was just curious if anyone figured out how to fix the clothing?
