You see... I wanted a stealth fighter? Like, someone who can do deadly damage all while not being seen?
Because he summons Sheogorath all the time, and Sheogorath summons a Dremora Lord every time. So... haha. And like, whenever I try to be stealthy, and yes, he sneaks with me too, but when I hit something, he just goes full on Farkas on them and attacks without me. Like, BOI, YOU STEALIN' MY KILLS.
And what's with the Thu'um? Like, uhm. I don't think Cicero had the time to go to High Hrothgar to train with the Greybeards, and he's no dragonborn. He stayed with the Night Mother for eight years, and he's devoted to the Dark Brotherhood. He has no time. So, WHY THE THU'UM???
This is not an improvement, my child. This is turning Cicero in some sort of Dragonborn who can apparently summon a Deadric Prince's champion that can summon even more powerful... you know what? He's just a powerful Shouting Summoner. Let's just go with that. He still has his dialogue, but his actions do not match that. I'm sorry, but I am thoroughly disappointed.
What does this mod change? I tried it and now I am removing it. One change is Cicero spams shouts as if he should even have such an ability. It is not assassin like; say there are 2 vampires and 3 town guard fighting; he hits them all every time with a LOUD "THUUM!!!" and an occasional arrow. This mod is crap. I was hoping it would make him a better stealth fighter, but I should have figured that with no real description explaining what was changed that anything of an improvement could have been made.
