      if you're asking about Dagnar's armor in the Image, the answer is: it's a vanilla (non-modded game) armor, it's called Shrouded Armor, more info here: http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Shrouded_Armor_(Skyrim)

      I know it's the shrouded armor, but there's a mod at work because vanilla doesn't have the scarf and belt from the loading screen.

      The follower, as distributed, contains no armor mods. I may have accidentally taken a picture when using a different texture in my game, but the mod itself is simply the follower using vanilla Skyrim assets (not even the DLC). You can view the mod in TE5Edit if you need further evidence.
      
      I'll try to update the image soon so it matches.
