   Very good idea, but I would recommend a non respawning chest in the shack, to temporarily store goods before you can afford to purchase a home.

   If you're that close to Dawnstar, just go to the Inn. This would be awesome if it were more half-way between Dawnstar and Morthal for those of us questing that direction. I about froze to death the last time I went that direction (yesterday). You could also make another version that was the other direction - half-way from Dawnstar to Winterhold. I almost froze going that way, too!

      Maybe the dragonborn doesn't like people, in this mod. I like it. could use some insulation, though!

   Although small, but I liked it, and does not require loading time, but a very cold winter
