After making it through about half of the Dawnguard story I finally realized that the regular bedroom I get in Fort Dawnguard won't get upgraded until I've finished the entire Dawnguard questline. The heck with that - I want a room I can use and enjoy now...with a door for some friggin privacy! Thanks for making it happen. I have it installed with the Fort Dawnguard Overhaul mod and it works with just a bit of minor clipping.
A few things: -The Whiterun-style doors, while very pretty, look really weird in Fort Dawnguard. Simple wooden doors would blend in a lot better. -I replaced the single bed with a double bed, since I married one of the Dawnguard guys and wanted to sleep with my spouse (which is one of the reasons I'm glad you added doors). -I really wish that there were two open bookshelves instead of just the one. While my DG character isn't exactly a book hoarder, she does have a decent collection of reference books about daedra, and I really like the look of full bookshelves versus the closed door bookcases.
I'm using the mod Fort Dawnguard Overhaul and this mod works just fine with it. There's a bit of clipping with the doorframe and the red flag next to the doorway, but otherwise the bedroom itself is fully functional. It was thoughtful of you, ClefJ, to create a new space that doesn't interfere with any of the overhauls.
It took me a while from download to actually getting to the Dawnguard Keep. I really liked the small suite you arranged, it is not over the top and far nicer than what stingy Isran offers. Endorsed, thanks for sharing.
Okay - you've got to tell me: what weapons and armor are those the PC has on in the screenshots? It looks like the belts from the Regal Huntsman Armor and a Blades pauldron from Pauldrons - Morrowind Style, but I don't know about the rest and it looks great.
Yep, it's the Della Rosa if memory serves me correctly, by the way, I'm currently going through the Dawnguard questline so I guess you uploaded this just in time for the current play through... Will be back to endorse/leave constructive criticism in about an hour ^_^
