Install: Drop all files into your Skyrim Data folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\skyrim\Data)
and start your launcher, click Data Files, check the "Umbra by r3van.esp" and you're good to go.

Use: type "help umbra 4" in the console without the quotes and you should see a WEAP. The code to the right of that
will be used in "player.additem xxxxxxxx 1" replace the X's with the code and you will have the item in your inventory.
