I really like this retexture. The vanilla design looks a bit weird, as if someone pasted a picture of an Arkay shrine on top of the banner. Yours is more stylized and I think it fits better.
However, I found two issues with this mod:
1. The texture is named incorrectly: arkaybanner01d.dds, instead of arkaybanner01.dds. Due to this issue, your texture doesn't replace the original texture and is never visible in-game. 2. Your texture lacks transparency. As result, holes are missing and the black background shows at the bottom of the banner: http://i.imgur.com/UiM7qV9.jpg
These issues are easy to fix, but I thought I would let you know (and other people who might want to use your mod).
