What's different about this than just editing the basic SkyrimPrefs file to a different sized fullscreen? It takes some trial and error adjusting the size to match perfectly, but honestly I can't tell a difference and doesn't require you to use a different .exe.
Idk, not flaming, I'm just failing to see a difference and this is much more complicated than it needs to be to happen. Tweaked SkyrimPrefs on mine and looks identical to the screenshot of yours. (did this right after release due to being an alt-tab addict)
now there's a option for complete alt-tabbable fullscreen via appending "-fullscreen" and an English localization for the default mode: leeving the window with the mouse works best with opening the Steam Community and moving the mouse out of the window
Thank you, need somthing like this since my steam overlay doesn't work period and to messege my freinds i have to alt-tab. needless to say alt-tabbing from true full screen takes too long. and windowed mode just doesnt really cut it.

Mines windowed with borderless window mod.
It feels good to be able to run the TES wiki pages in the background, ALT-tabbing with ease.
/edit. Sorry... It looks like it was SkyBoost that made ENB to stop loading...
