      yes she is a clone at the moment but when im better at makeing mods there will be a questline that Aela The Huntress will give you after completeing the companions questline that will add Aela Wolfblood as a new member of the companions who can use every shout avalable in the game and will randomly turn into a werewolf when in battle

      you need to have both files because otherwise she wont appear in the game

   She's still a werewolf (even wearing a vampire lord armor)?
