very nice first mod, judging from the pictures, but If you allow, I will provide some feedback:
Player homes that just stand there all the time are not what most people want anymore. I understand that this is your first mod, but it may be a great practise for you to go through this http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/23254/ tutorial to understand how to enable and disable objects. It provides the basics, with this system almost anything is possible!
Then I would suggest you to check out Darkfox127's tutorials, he's done a whole bunch of them, they're easy to follow and provide basic knowledge concerning especially level design. If you wish to check out quest design and did the Bethesda tutorials, I would suggest you to go to doughamil's youtube channel, he's got some great ones for further options in quest design.
Concerning your level design itself, it looks solid, but nothing too special. I suggest to work on your lighting skills, as they are one of the key features of a level designer. At the moment you use too much of it, everything is as bright as possible (Maybe you also took the screenshots in CK, then change to Skyrim to take them!!!)
For the beginning, looking at, asssessing and copying Bethesda's things is absolutely ok. so just go to some random inn and copy the things the table into your home. It saves you tons of work and if you don't have the time/skill to do it yourself, it seems much more professional.
Last but not least, for your presentation, I would suggest you to add more pictures and maybe expand the description a bit.

A solid mod. I'm looking forward to see more from you!

Looks very nice from your Pictures, the Location suits me perfectly! Will download, as i am looking for playerhomes as outposts during longer travels, aaand ETAC starts abondoning the mod homes. Good luck my friend, hope you get Attention and Feedback so you can improve your work. I dont mean there are issues, just that i am lucky how alive the Mod Communinity is.

I have no problem with player homes that just "stand there". In fact I'd prefer a player home mod not to be loaded with scripts for fancy stuff I have little use for. I also like those that don't use too many custom assets because they really stick out in the game. A good mod should be seamless. Nice looking place. My only request would be a version that you have to pay for or earn. The biggest letdown of most player homes (from my perspective) is the fact that they're free and you just waltz in an own it for no effort. Keep up the good work.

I agree: script load is one Thing which i try to reduce to a Minimum(though not entirely avoidable). I like a mix of "looky whats that, nobody home, will take it") and those i must put some Money or effort to get.
