    Thanks,
the pictures look good, and the idea of the guards makes a lot of sense and gives a feeling of importance to the character. After all, we ARE Thanes, aren't we? ;-)
I've just read the comment about table and chairs on the balcony, that sounds very nice, so I'll second it. Please?
I'm tracking for now, as I would like to be able to live there with my wife and the kids, so I'm waiting for the Multiple Adoption version. I'm sure you'll get to it. :-)
    Thank you for now!

It's a very nice effort for first mod! You wanted some ideas and constructive criticism so here goes from a veteran:

I would recommend shrinking the statues of Ysgramor and Meridia and adding them to shelves as shrines of some sort. They look really out of place in a small farm shack.

I am having hard time figuring out the theme of the house and what kind of character would live there.
The farmhouse template homes in Riverwood are unfortunately a really overdone concept. Seems like a lot of people are making them as their first mods. It's very very very very hard to stand out from the crowd with that concept, though there is a niche market for the tiny farm homes of Riverwood, albeit small one. Yours stands out from the usual ones, so kudos for that. But all the different elements (statues to gods and demigods, Dwemer items, mushrooms, different kind of rugs) give it a bit bipolar feel. I like that you used lots of different elements, but they could maybe ne "sewn together" a bit better. There's for example, no Dwemer enthusiast themed house in Riverwood yet, or I haven't seen one. Maybe you could focus on building this as a place for someone who is like Cancelmo.
Or maybe a priest(ess) of some kind, since you have all kinds of divinity elements and shrines in there.

As far as I can see, there's two alchemy stations and two armour workbenches. Is that really necessary for a small place like this? You could replace them with some clutter or maybe some dressers. Remember that people like having assignable storage right next to each crafting station: Satchel at the alchemy lab, a chest for soul gems next to the enchanter, and maybe some sacks for leather and a few barrels or chests next to smithing area.

If you need any tips for landscaping or some unique features, feel free to PM me so I can point you to some tutorials or maybe give some tips from my own knowledge base. Regardless of what people say... NEXUS NEEDS MORE HOUSE MODS. BRING IN ALL THE HOUSE MODS!

Nice little House you have created. Not sure if you could add a few chairs and maybe a small table to the balcony overlooking the front of the House? Possibly a few chairs in the basement for the guards that are down there.

@SmallzTV, it's located between Riverwood and Whiterun, on the winding path down to Honningbrew Meadery. You should be able to fast travel to the house as soon as you enter the game.
