Making a follower is simple: 1.Create a relationship(it's under Character) with your follower as parent and "Player" as child and set the relationship level to "Ally" 2.Open the Actor window of your follower(where you edit him and stuff), go to the factions tab and give him following factions: PotentialFollowerFaction and CurrentFollowerFaction. Make sure to set the "Rank"(left column of the list) of CurrentFollowerFaction to -1 (don't ask why, but it works) 3.Go to the Traits tab and somewhere in the lower half should be a number called " Disposition Base". If you want your follower to be recruited instantly(without doing a favor quest) set it somewhere above 75 4.Get a cup of tea to celebrate

And yes, I can change her eyes very easily. A red eyed version should be up soon.
