Its most likely falce positive as to create this kind of applications you need to use same "thingys * " (i dont know better word for it ) that some malware use, so if your antivirus or antimalware are not top of the class and they do their job half assedly so that anyone using those properties is countted as a malware (same thing with injectors (as an example enb)) so it PROPABLY is not malware but you can never be sure while in the internet.
* I mean actions that the program must commit to do what it does that also some malware use, thus your antivirus (or antimalware) sees that "that program uses same thing as malware thus it MUST be malware" even if it is not, and it is just usin the thingy for its suposed purpose.
The only concern i have is the ability to ward of any malicious activity. Since you mentioned it is very basic, it doesnt have the security implementations that full time browsers have that prevent malicious activity. one problem first off is that if someone follows links that people post that may lead to other websites, i feel that it can even compromise peoples machines and/or accounts including personal information. And for most antiviruses, a lot of custom made programs like this are going to send off red flags. Not saying that it is malicious but one way to show that it is not would be to release its source code for review. I love the idea and my intentions are not to bash your program whatsoever. I just wanted to make sure people are thinking cautiously, especially when it comes to the internet.

For some reason my antivirus says that this file is a malware.
If it is a false possitive please let me know.
Thank you!
