After you put the slot files in your CME_save folder you have to open the character creation screen in game (type showracemenu into the console) and then on the "Body" tab (the first tab after the race selection tab) in the character editor go down to the slot load slider and move it once. That will open a pop up window which will have some preset options. These are slots, not presets so select the option on the far right to go to the list of slots. The numbers on the slots will correspond to the ones on the files in your CME_save folder.
