While I'm going to give this mod a try, (I love simply follower mods, even if they aren't used, they make things more lively by being around) the description leaves out a few things that I will of course test. First, her voice type, while not too important to know, is still nice to have in there with her perks and things. And two, since she's in the Thalmor faction, will she attack Stormcloak soldiers? Regardless, I'll be testing her out soon, so I'll personally be answering both those questions very soon. XD
Even if worse comes to worse and the trip to Windhelm goes... unwell, thank you for the mod. There's not near enough Thalmor focused mods, and I say that as an staunch Stormcloak, so I can't imagine how Thalmor supporters feel about that fact.
Test Completed: She does not attack or get attacked by Stormcloaks despite her being in the Thalmor faction, so no game breaking in Windhelm or Stormcloak territory in general, but she can be ordered to attack Stormcloaks. Also, she shares the follower dialog with Annekka Crag-Jumper.
Unfortunately, I am getting the darker face bug with her, and while the solution in the description works, the darker face returns after any loading screen. (Entering building, dungeons, fast traveling, ect.) She is also very, very powerful, so I'll need to level up a lot before thinking about recruiting her. (She absolutely destroyed an entire Stormcloak camp of 8+ soldiers)
Will she bug out with the mod Aldmeri Domion Strengthened? - it does allow you to kill Ancano on orders from Elenwen for CoW main quest however, I wonder if she wouldn't have a problem due to factions - I could problably make a guess through TES Edit but, I'd rather ask first.
Thank you for making her so quickly she is exactly what i had in mind!. However in my game she has the dark face bug, the face being darker than her body, and the war paint she has in your pictures isnt there. I have just noticed this body/face mismatch with Aernil too . I use UNPB body type mind and mature skin textures so the problem could be at my end and this may be the case with Virlene. Perhaps the facegen data needs to be exported?. Nevertheless though thank you for your work and for taking the time to message me, endorsed and kudos for your kind and swift response to my request!.
I did some research and found out that this is indeed a common problem with custom body mods. Try This: open the console click on the NPC with the issue and type setnpcweight (insert NPC weight here) hit enter. I think Aernil's weight is 50 and Virlene's 100.
Thank you i will give that a try, all my other followers and vanilla npc's seem okay though but it could indeed be a problem at my end. once again though thanks a lot and best of luck with all your work.

And indeed that did work!. I tried setnpcweight on Virlene and straight away her face/body matched up. I find this quite fascinating because i have just started getting into modding study myself. In the past i had tried in game setnpcweight on other characters only to find on reloading the save the body mismatch happened. I looked into it and found this was a common occurence when trying to change npc body weight but in this case with a custom body mod it fixes the problem!. I expected the grey face to return to Virlene when i reloaded but no she remained a matching skin colour. Edit- Console method can cause neck seam issues. Fixed her in the C-kit.
She looks great, and strangely enough how i saw a true female Thalmor follower should be. War paint and make up comes under bsa archive packaging if im right? again my texture mods could effect this, i also use the mod Less Harsh Elves so it could be anything!. Like i say i am new to modding but this has been a very interesting experience and a learning process.
Also i have just noticed your Argonian ranger follower. I will download him and give him a try too. I play as a stealth Assassin character and i think he will make a great companion. Thank you once again.
Interesting! As you know I just started modding and I am loving it so far! I do hope we will be in contact in the future. Who knows we might even design mods together!
