This is no wizard, this is a wannabe warrior. The only spell he knows, is bound sword and he can't even attack with it, he only blocks all the time. And he's Level 74 in my game (just like myself) and his highest skills are only level 44.... and his health is too low.
I don't see the point in this :/ sadly. But just like all pro-Thalmor mods, this one is simply dissapointing and underwhelming. I wish, the Thalmor would receive more love and some reasonable mods. The only hope was Aldmeri Dominion strenghened V2 and they aren't working on it anymore, or haven't even started at all.

I have tought about moving them there but I think they are easier to find in the Inn. I will move them there if the door isn't locked. Is the thalmor headquarters door locked or can the player just walk in?
Yes you can. According to the wiki the Thalmor have abandoned the head quarter's preferring to use the embassy instead, also if the player completes Ondolemar's quest in Markarth the player can sleep there without it being classed as an owned bed. However there are mods that add Thalmor back in the HQ. I use Arthmoor's cutting room floor which adds them and i believe another mod does too.
Personally i like the idea of the Thalmor using the inn to relax in it seems the most natural and closest place to the embassy. If you do the Quest Diplomatic Immunity you can hear Thalmor soldiers complaining about not getting any off duty time and also Elenwen mentions that she wants to show a different side of the Thalmor if you speak to her. Therefore it does seem quite natural and lore friendly that they would enter Solitude and the Winking Skeever an appropriate place to congregate, also good for observing the population and gathering information.
I use AFT and you can of course add Aernil and Virlene to the HQ or Embassy and get them to sandbox in there for immersion purposes using this or similar follower mods, hope this helps.
Excellent character, i am one of the members here who supports and appreciates lore friendly and more immersive characters who look as though they belonged in the original game. I assaulted Fort Greymoor with him and he proved lethal, in him you have created a powerful and competent follower very convincing as a Thalmor mage, endorsed. I have always wanted more Thalmor/High Elf followers there does not seem to be many here on the nexus.
If i could make a suggestion for more followers i would really like a lore friendly female Thalmor Justiciar or warrior character/spouse follower. That would be a great compliment to this mod also giving players the chance to form their own Thalmor patrol. Preferably with female animations to make her stand out from the other Thalmor soldier girls and for clothing compatibility etc. Thank you for sharing this mod and good luck with your future work.
