      It's not actually tree house. It's mostly IN tree house x_x I should write something as name file, so "tree house" was a first good thought D=

      That doesn't answer the "where" question, so let me take a shot at it.
      
      The description is a straight up lie, it is SOUTH west of Helgen. Almost directly southwest. If you want to find it faster, it is also south east from Pinewatch. So draw those two lines and bam where there cross is where the house is pretty much.

   This place is an absolute gem! It deserves more exposure--you might want to move it to Abodes so more people can discover it....

   I LOVE the house, its perfect-except I was disappointed that my follower wouldn't enter the home. Otherwise, very nice.

       It's first name which came to my mind. I called it "tree house" because half of it inside the broken tree.
